Classic cocktail with hints of citrus, berry, vanilla, and spice. I made a slight change to the ice recommendation and had a little fun with the garnish.



2 ounces Gold Rum (Appleton Special)

1/2 ounce orange curaçao (Pierre Ferrand)

1 1/2 teaspoon raspberry syrup

1 ounce fresh lime juice, keep the squeezed half

2 - 3 raspberries for garnish

Drop the squeezed lime into a shaker with ice, lime juice, and spirits. Shake then pour all contents (including ice) into a rocks glass. Garnish with raspberries.
