East India Cocktail
A cocktail with hints of citrus, exotic fruit, and spice. A pleasing sweetness and acidity, this drink pairs well with a variety of light foods.
2 ounces Brandy
1/2 ounce orange curaçao
1/2 teaspoon Maraschino liqueur
1 1/2 ounce fresh pineapple juice
Dash of Angostura bitters
Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Stir well with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
